I am a full-time, professional GMAT, GRE and EA tutor. I have logged over 7,500 hours on the Wyzant platform and I consider myself an expert. Developed over 11 years of full-time tutoring, I use practice questions from official guides and major schools to help my students focus on the impediments that have prevented them from answering questions correctly. Each of those impediments involves an underlying formula, theorem, number property, shortcut, process, trap, argument analysis, approach to various verbal reasoning question types, word definitions reading passage types and pitfalls to avoid.

After each lesson, I give my students the explanations we discussed and then several days later they attempt to answer the questions again at home. Any of those that the students still cannot answer correctly are discussed again in the next lesson, and this continues until the students can correctly answer every question.

In addition, I give my students new practice questions to answer at home and we discuss the ones the students missed in our next lesson. I also provide flashcards of all the principles we discuss and GRE word or GMAT idiom flashcards.
